Harbor House operates around a work ordered day, where members and staff work together to keep the clubhouse functioning. As a right of membership, Harbor House provides all members with opportunities to return to paid employment through an integrated work setting. Transitional Employment is a highly structured program allowing members to work in a community based business that includes both on and off-site clubhouse support.
Clubhouses also offer a much-needed meeting place for socialization and fellowship, for meaningful relationships and encouragement.
