Ralph Lord, Executive Director

Ralph Lord has over twenty years experience working in both psychiatric and vocational rehabilitation fields. Ralph’s personal philosophy is that “recovery is truly possible. I can see that with people who have make successful recoveries, there is some sort of vocational connection. Employment, whether at school or in a job, is a key factor. People find their sense of worth.”



Lori Cragan, Intern

Lori Cragan, formerly of Hillsgrove House, Warwick, RI, is enrolled in the Masters of Social Work program at Rhode Island College and certified by the International Center for Clubhouse Development (ICCD).

Mike Moniz

Harbor House has hired its new Generalist staff member, Mike Moniz. To quote one Member, “Harbor House is fortunate to have somebody as kind and as caring as Mike.” Ralph Lord agrees. Mike has already proven to be an invaluable assistant, helping Harbor House get organized in preparation for opening. Read more about Mike in the latest issue of the Harbor House Newsletter.
